Mini-mutter this month; Pinterest seem to have settled down with their censoring (tempting fate, maybe), so no further comment at this stage.

NOPE – on the very day I was completing this blog, Pinterest have removed three more pins, all of which have been okay for at least a month!! An interracial lesbian kiss is apparently far too ‘adult’.

Tradie-lady is progressing, I think I have reached a point where I want to draw it to a close and keep it to novella length. I have just introduced a new character and I think I will use the interaction between the three main characters and this new one to cement the relationship that has formed for the two chief protagonists. Using humour on the part of the tradie lady character has been huge fun; tradies/tradespeople/contractors are by and large very humorous people. I am minded of an incident with a woodburning stove fitter who received a message on his phone while I was painting in the same room, his notification sang out, “Message for fat bastard!” And he deadpanned, “Oh, it’s the wife…”
